I completed a 6-week program called Elevate You. It was really cool because it gave me something to work toward and taught me ways to be healthy that was about working out, as well as stress, sleep, nutrition, and more. I am extremely glad I participated. As a remote participant, I didn’t get to go to the gym but enjoyed the remote workouts and the supportiveness and accessibility to the coaches. Coach Calvin personally checked on me after an injury, and I would recommend the program and studio to all looking for a studio to join. If I lived close enough, Verus Fit would absolutely be the place I went to.
